Rosette Hair Barrettes

Well this is the first time seersucker has made an appearance on Spare Time & Seersucker and you can bet your bottom dollar it won't be its last! This is another super easy and fun little craft that anyone can give a go at.
  1. Cut strips of your favorite scrap fabric into about 1in x 14in strips.
  2. Twist and roll into what the crafty world likes to call "rosettes". The longer your strips are the wider your finished rosette will be.  click here for a great tutorial on how to make rosettes. note:  I use hot glue instead of the fabric glue… but my fingerprints are probably nonexistent from all the burning I've done with that hot glue gun, so fabric glue might be safer.
  3. Hot glue your rosettes onto craft bobby pins like these. I got mine from Hobby Lobby.
